What We Buy, and How Fast.

Investor Hub acquires residential, multifamily, land and select commercial assets throughout Texas, with a primary focus on DFW and select statewide markets. We evaluate opportunities across all price points and property conditions, with particular experience in probate, curative or complex title matters, and properties requiring significant repairs. Our flexible acquisition approach allows us to structure transactions around the property and circumstances. With clear title, Investor Hub can typically close in 2 to 10 days.

Property types
Single-family, duplexes and small multifamily, land, and select commercial.
Price range
No fixed maximum. Opportunities are evaluated on economics.
Condition
All conditions, including properties with major renovation requirements.
Special situations
Probate, curative or complex title matters, major repairs, vacant properties, pre-foreclosure and other special situations.
Geography
Texas, with a primary focus on DFW and select markets statewide.
Closing
Typically 2 to 10 days when title is clear.
